Bought this bigger, firmer pillow to help with neck crepitus and it has helped to improve cracking sensation. Sleeping better and l am looking forward to better sleep alignment by using this pillow. Item arrived promptly via DPD. (It was sent in its wrapping using a recycled box, which for me is a great thing in efforts to reduce, reuse, recycle.)
