What is DPD Pickup?

DPD Pickup offers you a more convenient and secure way to receive your order. DPD Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient time for you, from a nearby location, such as Sainsbury’s, Co-Op or the Post Office.

There are thousands of pickup locations for you to choose from.

Your order is securely stored for 7 days until you are ready to collect it.

Not only that, DPD Pickup reduces carbon emissions by over 85% compared to home delivery. By choosing DPD Pickup, you’re choosing the sustainable delivery option.

How does it work?

At checkout, just select the DPD Pickup option and choose a nearby DPD Pickup Point from thousands nationwide.

You will receive a notification email from DPD when your order is ready to be collected.

The opening hours of the DPD Pickup Point will be displayed at the time of selection and in your pickup email.

DPD Pickup Points are open long hours and will store your package securely until you are ready to collect it.

How do I know when my order is ready to pick up?

You will be notified via an email from DPD when your package is available to pick up.

How long do I have to pick up my order?

You can pick up your order within 7 days of it arriving at the DPD Pickup Point.

What happens if the order is not picked up?

If the order is not picked up after 7 days it will be returned to the retailer on the 8th day.

What do I need to do to pick up my order?

You will need to bring the DPD Pickup Pass, sent by DPD via email, with you when you collect your order.

When you choose to pick up from a DPD Pickup location it's better for the environment than home delivery because DPD can consolidate deliveries rather than driving door to door.

By delivering multiple packages to one place, DPD drivers cover fewer miles than driving from one home to the next.

Refunds & Returns

Quality is at the top of the list here and we're confident that you'll absolutely love our products. If you do have any issue with our items, please fill in our Returns Form.

If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us in the original packaging within 14 days and a refund will be processed minus the delivery cost.

Returned parcels without any particular fault are returned at your own cost.

If there is an issue or fault with the composition of the product, please send it back to us or contact us for a return label and we will issue a full refund.

When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a tracked courier service to ensure that your item does not get lost.

Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.

Absolute HT Ltd holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.
