Unfortunatley, our courier (DPD) does not class certain areas of Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Channel Islands as Mainland UK therefore they do NOT qualify for the Free UK Mainland Delivery offer.
Scottish Highlands postcodes which are excluded from the Free UK Mainland delivery offer are:
FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18- 26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, AB36-38, AB55-56 and all IV postcodes

Quality is at the top of the list here and we're confident that you'll absolutely love our products. If you do have any issue with our items, here's what you have to do:
- If you do not like the product you have purchased, you can send it back to us within the original packaging within 14 days and a refund will be processed minus the delivery cost. Returned parcels without any particular fault are returned at your own cost.
- If there is an issue with the composition of the product, please send it back to us and we will issue a full refund
- If you have any further questions regarding refunds and returns, please contact our customer service team on 01204 653023.
When returning any item(s) back to us, they are under your responsibility until we receive them. We advise you to use a courier which provides tracking to ensure that your item does not get lost. Please ensure that returning items are well packed to prevent any damages.
Absolute HT Ltd holds no liability for any damages or defects to goods that are caused by circumstances beyond it's reasonable control. All items that are returned to us will be inspected upon arrival and if an item has been damaged, used or washed, no refund will be made.
*If you are returning any item(s) back to us due to a manufacturing fault, we will cover the cost of return. If you are returning an item which does not have any manufacturing fault, you will be liable for the cost of return.
